How I work.

  • I work closely with product and engineering to make sure what we build makes sense for the business, meets real user needs, and is technically feasible. Ongoing user feedback helps us continuously refine the product strategy.

  • With Jobs to Be Done, the focus shifts from individual features to the outcomes users are trying to achieve. This helps teams design better solutions, uncover real problems, and identify new opportunities to improve the product.

  • I actively use AI tools like Lovable, Figma Make, and Cursor to rapidly prototype, speed up learning, and help teams make informed product decisions.

  • Design should work for everyone. Inclusive standards aren’t just boxes to check—they help ensure people of all abilities can use and benefit from the product.

Product Trios + Continuous discovery

Working with product trios ensures a product is viable (Product), desirable (UX), and feasible (Development). Continuous Discovery supports this by gathering ongoing user feedback to guide and improve the product strategy.

Jobs to be done

With JTBD, instead of just looking at features, it focuses on the results users want. This helps teams create better solutions, spot problems, and find new ideas to improve the product.

AI Tools

I actively use AI tools such as Lovable, Figma Make, and Cursor to rapidly prototype, accelerating learning and enabling teams to make informed product decisions.

Inclusive Design

Design should be accessible to everyone. Inclusive standards aren’t just checkboxes they ensure that all users can engage with your product, regardless of ability. Designing inclusively is designing responsibly.
