Designing a menu that scales from 1 to 200+ items and adapts to each user's unique setup is a complex challenge that requires balancing usability, performance, and customization.

When a key feature in ADP’s biggest products becomes too complex and confusing, refocusing on the user and building a better system requires a strategic, outcome based approach.

Compliance on Demand - one stop for wage and hour compliance

We started with a legacy, clunky interface and, within months, transformed it into an easy-to-use compliance tool that has been highly reviewed across the industry.

  • I work closely with product and engineering to make sure what we build makes sense for the business, meets real user needs, and is technically feasible. Ongoing user feedback helps us continuously refine the product strategy.

  • With Jobs to Be Done, the focus shifts from individual features to the outcomes users are trying to achieve. This helps teams design better solutions, uncover real problems, and identify new opportunities to improve the product.

  • I actively use AI tools like Lovable, Figma Make, and Cursor to rapidly prototype, speed up learning, and help teams make informed product decisions.

  • Design should work for everyone. Inclusive standards aren’t just boxes to check—they help ensure people of all abilities can use and benefit from the product.
